Request a room on the higher floors for better ventilation and quieter nights, as street noise can be quite disruptive on lower levels.

Sincerely, it was a perfectly pleasant stay for one night. Our room was airy and newly remodelled provided with decoration breakfast and maybe mirror and soap.

the room was good-sized, and practical, with coffee/tea making equipment, a writing desk, an iron and ironing board i needed. the location was absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice, near heathrow airport. local fast food option americano was 10 minutes walk away.

I really appreciated how close I was to Twickenham Stadium, just a 40-minute walk, and the lovely Osterley Park, perfect for my weekend strolls. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, which enhanced my stay as a single traveler.

Cleaning staff worked hard to make room and beds clean. breakfast was acceptable convenient to underground and shopping area.

In a workiing class neighborhood, with many houses being refurbished I felt safe walking around, but the area was a bit 'grundgy'

An ideal base for one night. Practical, recently refurbished unit with 3 beds, and affable staff. Excellent service throughout stay. Perfect location in Hounslow next to the train station, the high street, the park, and the tube, local shop and cafe. Also, next to the stadium. Perfectly pleasant experience there.

At first, reading the previous reviews I was concerned. Once I arrived it turned out to be a very tidy and clean room. If you have ever traveled in Asia, it is the same size rooms as Asia (Japan or Hong Kong) which did not bother me at all since I used it to relax at night and sleep only while traveling alone. The location was perfect and price was great too! I certainly recommend this hotel!

The wireless internet was on and off due to poor connection in the basement rooms. Other than that, no problems at all.

Standard queen room with 2 beds. Savoury food for all meals.

The room was comfortable, but noise from the hall was disturbing during the night.

Located close to work; Staff helped work out issues created by Booked.net; Close to shopping and great food; 5 minute walk to tube to Central London or Heathrow Airport; Nice park (gardens) accross the street.

Car parking can be a problem during the week.

the hotel was under a flight path for heathrow ,i didnt mind but others might I think it should be stated

Staying at civic was wonderful! The location was fantastic, just a short tube ride to heathrow and close to twickenham for the game. We found a bus nearby that took us right to the ground. The breakfast was a great option, but we chose to explore the high street, just a 10-minute walk away. Our room had a comfy double bed and a shower that worked perfectly!

Nice clean, spacious rooms. booked 3 rooms, one of the 3 en suites had black mould on tiles, but other rooms were lovely. good tea and coffee making facilities and fridge in the room was good.

The breakfast finished at 8.30 am during the week, which could have been a bit later.

The people at check in were not helpful, room was noisy since the windows didn't seal. Both rooms I stayed in needed repairs to several items.
